Terms of Business


  • We have a 50% non refundable deposit required on all bookings.

Removal Service

  • £100 standard charge within the M25 other areas POA .
  • If the removal service has been booked and paid for in advance it is the responsibility of the hirer to organize in advance a convenient time for this to take place the day after the event.

Hired items

  • Deposit of 50% is required on any optional hire items at the time of booking. £150 in form of a cheque will not be cashed unless * Please read damage notes below.


  • Final numbers must be confirmed 30 days before your event. Any increase in numbers will be charged accordingly.


  • It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that all items including hire items are fully covered by their own insurance or the venues insurance with regard to public liability risks. The Wow Wedding Company will not be liable with respect of any claims made by any person for death, personal injury or damage caused by or in any conjunction with the hired items from the Wow Wedding Company including the fitting service.


  • In an event of a cancellation more than 30 days prior of the event all NON REFUNDABLE deposits will be retained but no further charges will be applied. Cancellations under 30 days of event will result in an extra 50 % of your order. Cancellation 14 days before your event will require full payment.
  • Exceptions apply only in case of postponement of event *subject to availability.


  • It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure chairs and tables are set up and ready for fitting at the agreed time for access when booking your event. (Subject to which package has been booked.)


  • The hirer is fully responsible for the safe keeping of all the hired items from the Wow Wedding Company this from collection and until items are returned. If any hired items are missing The Wow Wedding Company will inform you within 7 days. If missing items are returned within 7 days after the event no further charges will be applied. Failure to return the missing hired items will result in the FULL replacement fees being charged for from the Replacement Price List as shown below in the replacement table.


  • Laundering of goods are included in the price this includes light stains from foods and drink. If on inspection we find irreversible damage has been caused to our hired items, for example cigarette burns, excessive stains, candle wax or rips any smashed or broken items. This will result in any damaged goods being charged for at FULL replacement fees from the Replacement Price List as shown below on the replacement table.
  • Charges will be made on a per item basis and taken from the £150 deposit cheque held. If there is any outstanding balance owing this must be paid for 7 days after the event. Any payment owing to thehirer after items have been paid for the remaining balance will be sent 7 days after the replacement.
  • Substitutions for items cannot be accepted in any form.

Admin charges

  • There is a £25.00 admin fee for bounced cheques.


  • The Wow Wedding Company will collect items on an agreed time and place which has been arranged in advanced. All sashes must remain UNTIED Failure to do this will result in a £25.00 charge which will be taken from the damage deposit. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure all venue staff or any persons assisting with removal are made aware of this.


  • All items must be received back to location by 5pm, the day after your event unless agreed prior with the Wow Wedding Company. Late returns will be charged at a flat rate of £50.00 per day.


  • The Wow Wedding Company can offer an exclusive range of stationary.


  • The ownership stationary designs are exclusive and retained by the Wow Wedding Company. Any copying, reproduction or any other use is strictly forbidden.

  • Wow wedding cake stand with 4 pulling horse’s £1,000
  • Throne chairs £800 each to replace.


  • All the goods remain the property of the Wow Wedding Company at all times.
